Bellgrove Rangiora Limited (BRL) are experienced land and property developers in the Waimakariri district. BRL Director Paul McGowan has been involved in property development for nearly 20 years and has completed many successful developments in the Rangiora and Waimakariri district. These developments include Mandeville Park Rural Residential project, Chesterfield Estates, Riverview Estates, Westpark Rangiora, and now Bellgrove Rangiora.
Ngāi Tahu Property is one of the investment pillars of Ngāi Tahu Holdings, the commercial entity charged with growing the wealth of more than 65,000 Ngāi Tahu whānui. Their purpose is to deliver excellent property projects which support the economic aspirations of their owners. Ngāi Tahu Property has delivered several successful residential developments of a similar scale to Bellgrove in the last ten years. These include Te Whāriki in Lincoln, Karamū in Riccarton Park, Prestons in Burwood, and Wigram Skies in Wigram.
BRL purchased the former dairy farm three years ago, and has since progressed planning, consenting, and construction of Stage 1 which will be completed in mid 2024.
The final development will deliver around 1300 new sections ranging from high density to large standalone sections, as well as a commercial centre and preschool.
