May 2024 – Site Update

Things are moving at pace here at Bellgrove. Titles for Stage 1A, 1B, and 1C have been issued, which means construction is in full swing. We’ve even got a couple of stunning homes already completed – it’s amazing to see the Bellgrove community blossoming right before our eyes.

Speaking of community, our brand-new Sales Office is officially open. Come by and say hi to the Ray White Rangiora team Wednesday to Sunday, from 12noon to 4pm. They’re your one-stop shop for questions about the buying process, the neighbourhood, or maybe even where to find the best coffee (we all know that’s important!). Can’t make it during those hours? No worries, just book an appointment with the team and they’ll be happy to help.

And the news keeps getting better! The doors to our first Show Home, courtesy of Mike Greer Homes, are also open Wednesday to Sunday, 12noon to 4pm. This is your chance to peek inside a beautiful Bellgrove home and start picturing your dream life here. Stay tuned, because even more Show Homes are on the horizon in the coming months.
